Drinkwater House is a newly refurbished building, which took our first student in-take in September 2013. We have designed the accommodation purposely for students. Due to the popularity and positive feed back from our students, we have been increasing in size over the last couple of years. We aquired the building next door, where we again refurbished to a high specification, offering great deals on new studio flats, so if you are looking for more personal space, then there is no need to look elsewhere.
Even more for our students!! September 2016 saw the opening of our new building on the existing grounds. Drinkwater House now provides additional facilities such as gymnasium, cardio room, games room, cinema room and more for all our students to use. Even better this is all FREE for our students.
