Drinkwater House is expanding!!!

 

Due to high demand and continuously being sold out since the property opened in September 2013, Drinkwater House is undergoing a massive extension which will double the size of the property and offer you more of a chance of securing accommodation in our fantastic complex of en suite rooms and studio apartments.

We are now excited to announce that from September 2016 all Drinkwater House residents will have access to the amazingly new communal block, which consists of: private fully equipped gym, pool/billiards/games room, flat screen/cinema lounges, private study rooms, laundry room, 24 hour security office and much much more.

Drinkwater House is within walking distance of Teesside University, Middlesbrough College and is situated in close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants.

The complex is suitable for undergraduates, postgraduates and international students and is open to all students from Teesside and Durham Universities and colleges.

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.
