I moved into Drinkwater House as a student from Scotland doing a year's industry placement here in Middlesbrough.I didn't know anyone in the area, but the management team and the other students were really welcoming - there's a lovely atmosphere in this house. You get privacy with your own room and bathroom, but also space to socialise in the kitchen and lounge.

The other students were friendly, and the management team are always helpful. I would advise anyone studying at Teesside University, and need a place to live, they should look no further than Drinkwater House

The staff and facilities at Drinkwater House are fantastic. The rooms and communal areas are clean, modern and fresh. The staff are always on hand to assist with any enquiry and I have seen first hand them welcoming in new students, settling them in and putting them at ease. A refreshing new approach to student accommodation from people who actually take the time to be fully involved on a daily basis.
